Richard considers physical activity to be the best prevention against lifestyle-related diseases. He helps clients improve their physical fitness, strengthen their bodies, prevent injuries, and feel better every day.

I am a graduate physiotherapist and strength & conditioning coach with many years of experience in health- and performance-related fitness, physical activities and Pilates.
